Shopping at 'I LOVE YOU BEADS' shop

On my way home, I stopped to see what was available at 'I love you' beads shop on parramatta road... i was expecting more of cup sequences and stuff but.. there were more beads as crystals and charms and stuff were available.. but still... they were great!!! To buy their beads, I had to join their member.. :P and they gave me a beading box! what a great deal!!!

Read sead bdad, brwon, blue white sequences, pink and white chinese crystals and swarovski crystals!

and reusable bags!!!! :)

Suede and Crystal embroidered sandals...

I once read this quote from somewhere... and i totally believed in it straight away.

"If I wear nice pair of shoes, I feel like these shoes will take me to a nice place..."

Since then, I had this obsession with shoes.. and will always think "This shoes will take me to a happy and nice place today!"

I remember one early morning, I woke up from the noise of my shoew rack collapsed on the floor... I was so obsessed to the point that I bought shoes so much and would never wear them... but to just look at it... When ever I go back home, i would come back with at least 10 pairs of shoes... and loved it...

Now i am more mature and wise interms of spending money.. i don't do that anymore... hehe

This beautiful sandal comes in black and skin colour..

I think..."This shoes can take me to a nice place!!!"<

But the cost made me depressed not long after.... AU$2000.... no chance for me now!

but Jimmy Chu! wait for me 2 years! I'll be your VIP customer!

Inspirational boards...

4th year Concepts and inspirational boards...

My final year project will be a East Asian inspired cruise wear for ladies in 25 to 35 years old. I've looked into Chinese porcelains, buildings and patterns on historical artifacts for the fabric patterns and vases for silhouettes... This very stage, I am kinda struggling to make 2 looks (total of 4 garments)..

Red and Yellow: Royal, warm and wealthy

Red: Feminine and brings luck

Blue: "This is the woman she is knowing we are looking..."

I've been sewing since 6 pm this evening to figure out which type would work out the best...

I've used some cup sequences, pearls, and applique techniques...

so far they all look very good..

At this point, I am thinking of who I am designing for... As my designs are very asian yet very contemporary and classic resort wear, I would like someone like Lucy Liu to wear them. She is classic, Asian yet with western values together.. She is sexy, successful, feminine, fun, appreciates cultures, intelligent and independent yet fashionable....

Colour plays very important role in the fashion. Depending on which hue and tone the designer uses, the whole collection gives totally different story. Chanel is always well known for their great colour selections.
